How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility on orders shipped outside the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items. Faulty units are replaced free of charge under our 12-month warranty.
Which device should I choose?
Use the Wi-Fi / Flash filters on the Products page: AirDrive for wireless retrieval, KeyGrabber / SerialGhost for offline flash-drive access. Email us if unsure.
Are the devices detectable?
No — they capture at the hardware layer and are invisible to the OS, drivers and antivirus. Only a physical inspection (or a Wi-Fi scan for AirDrive models) can find them.
