Warranty & Returns
Every device is quality-tested before it ships and backed by a manufacturer warranty. Here's exactly what's covered and how returns work.
12-month hardware warranty
All AirDrive, KeyGrabber, SerialGhost and MorphStick devices carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
If a unit fails under normal use within the warranty period, we replace it free of charge — including return shipping on confirmed faults.
30-day returns
Unused devices in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Because these are data-capture tools, opened or used units can only be returned if faulty — this protects every customer’s privacy.
How to request a return or replacement
Email contact@keelog.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions.
For faulty units we arrange a prepaid return label; for change-of-mind returns the buyer covers return postage.
What’s not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or use outside the documented specifications is not covered by the warranty.
