In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Every order ships Standard or Express. The price depends on the destination zone and is shown at checkout before you pay.

US orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Express options are offered at checkout where available.

International orders usually take 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Track any order from the Track Order page using your order reference, or from your account order history.

Orders shipped within the United States include any applicable taxes at checkout. For international destinations, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs on arrival.

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.
